This enemy within and without.
Ego pride,
Ego fear,
Ego shame,
Ego doubt.
Resist the ego,
And spread love around.
How could love ever be wrong?
If you’re shaking your head,
It’s because ego is strong…
Unbending, unyielding,
Obstinate and unmoveable,
unforgiving, unforgivable?
When it comes to love,
Great strength is in acceptance,
patience, gentleness, forgiveness…
