I happily entered this strange,

And wonderful,

It’s easy,

To get caught up wondering,

“Do you like my poems?”

“Do you like me?”

“Really?  Do ya?  Do ya?  Do ya?”

 

Everyone’s busy,

With lives to lead, 

It’s easy to see.

So thanks for your interest,

And stopping to read…

 

What a blessing and a sweet surprise!

 

It brings me joy to meet,

Fellow soul travelers such as yourself,

With separate journeys,

Yet connected at our Essence or Core.

 

I’m touched by your likes and encouraging words.

 

Still keepin it all in perspective,

And keepin it real,

God “liked me” first;

His beloved child,

Most cherished and adored!
