Taste Bud Boogie

Taste Bud Boogie

Children milling about,

The ice cream truck’s,

Bells ring out,

Brightly colored shirts,

Whirl around,

Happy feet scamper by,

Quickly falling in line.

Summertime…

Swaying in the heat,

To the ice cream truck’s,

Welcomed beat…

The coolest,

Sweetest sound!
